FoodPlant
FoodPlant is Singapore’s first shared facility for small-batch food production. Jointly set-up between Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Enterprise Singapore, and JTC, FoodPlant is a facility for innovative companies looking to develop new products, extend shelf-life of products, or test advanced food processing technologies. The pilot plant is SFA-licenced, ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 45001:2018 certified.

Food Innovation and Resource Centre (FIRC)
FIRC is Singapore's Centre of Innovation (COI) for the Food Industry, established in 2007 through a partnership between Enterprise Singapore and Singapore Polytechnic. FIRC supports food and beverage enterprises across the innovation journey, transforming concepts into market-ready products through end-to-end expertise in product formulation, process optimisation, packaging, shelf-life evaluation, sensory and consumer studies, market insight generation, regulatory advisory, and SFA-licensed pilot-scale production. Leveraging industry-relevant facilities and multidisciplinary expertise, FIRC partners businesses to accelerate innovation, enhance competitiveness, and strengthen product readiness for both domestic and international markets.
