Leafy Me - Red Pak Choy
Red Pak Choy is an extremely versatile vegetable from brassica family. It has deep violet, oval-shaped leaf blades with succulent pale green stalks. The red pigments found in the leaves is a good source of antioxidant It has a very mild flavour and has a sweet aftertaste. It is best for stir-fried, steaming, boiling and sautéing.
